There are no fees to Buyers. We only charge a 10% flat fee to Sellers and Transporters after successful payment through our platform to them. No, as long as your car/truck can fit the item the Buyer or Seller needs transported.
Yes, you can. You can pay through the app and physically pick up your product or also pay for shipping and have your product transported to you through FedEx by the Seller. You can also use the Transportation category to find a Transporter who can go pick up your purchased product and deliver it to you.
Buyers can only video call you within the availability window set by you. Just like you have physical store business hours; If Buyers try to video call you outside your availability window, they will have to message you first or book a different time for you to approve.

Yes, you can use the Transportation services to order items you purchased from other outlets and physical stores.
HQ Demand verifies all Transporters before they can transport through our platform. This includes running a background check and verifying their driver’s license. Additionally, you can rely on ratings of a particular Transporter by other users.
When the other party enters your code, the app will immediately verify the code to ensure they were given either the successful transaction code or the red alert code.

Unfortunately, no. For full transparency and safety of the community, Guest can only browse products. To initiate communication or transaction with other parties, you will have to sign up first. This gives each user knowledge of whom they are doing business with.

A greyed out product signifies an active transaction that is about to close within an hour. When a Seller and Buyer exchanges their Transaction Code for a particular product, that product is greyed out and not clickable to other Buyers from the time the Transaction codes were entered. Within an hour, that product will be marked sold or placed on hold depending on the Transaction code entered.

Your Calendar is where you can set your availability window for Buyers to video call you. Think of this as your physical store business hours. Buyers will only be able to call you during those times you set. Else, they will have to message you first or request a video call appointment window.

No, you are only billed for the distance between the pickup location and delivery location.

Your Transporter will have the option to manually update the status of your delivery. He or she will be able to update the delivery on three (3) occasions
1) When he or she picks up the product
2) When he or she is on their way to deliver it to you
3) After he or she delivers the product to you.

We understand your concern. We charge a base fee of $10 to compensate Transporters whenever your pickup and drop-off location reads zero miles. We are yet to wrap our heads around the fact that there could really be a zero miles delivery distance. To ensure our Transporters are compensated for their time and gas, we charge this base fee in such situations.

Yes, group messaging is only available between Buyer, Seller, and Transporter. After you have booked a Transporter to pick up a particular product you purchased, you can add that Transporter to your chat with the Seller in order to keep all communication between all parties in one place.
1) Go into the message between you and the other party for that specific product.
2) Click on the “3 dot menu” at the upper right hand corner.
3) Click on scan code.
4) Enter the code given to you by the other party.
The one hour wait time is to ensure the safety of both parties by avoiding further confrontations. This will ensure you get to a safe place away from the other party before we can either close out the transaction as successful or begin an investigation.
The transaction code is a verification system to help make cash/physical transactions safer for the community, and prompt early reporting. It is two different codes; one signifies a successful transaction, and the other signifies a red alert.
We understand that there is a likelihood of this happening and we ask that you do not panic. Please contact our team at Info@HQDemand.com and cooperate with our investigations. Once it is confirmed that the code was entered in error, your account will be reactivated.

When the other party enters your code, the app will immediately verify the code to ensure they were given either the STC or RAC. If none of this was entered, the app will return an invalid code message. If one of the codes was entered, the app will confirm the code is valid.
After that, one of these two (2) things will happen:
1) If you gave them the STC, the app will automatically close out the transaction after one hour from when the code was entered, and you won’t have to do anything.
2) If you gave them the RAC, the app will immediately dispatch police to your meet-up location. After an hour of the code was entered, their account will be blocked pending investigation.
You are to use either code each time you conduct a physical transaction with Sellers, Buyers, and Transporters. Use the Successful Transaction Code (STC) if you had no safety concern/issue during your transaction. However, use the Red Alert Code (RAC) if you encounter safety issues during your transaction.

We only go as far as 7 years back
Our goal is a 24-hour turnaround. However, due to processing times, some background checks can take between 1-5 days or more in some cases.
Absolutely yes. If you find any information you think is incorrect with your background check information, please follow the directions in the email you receive from us or from our third-party vendor to dispute the information. Your request will be followed up immediately.
For the safety of the community and trust in the Transportation system, if any of the items below are found in your background check report, you will be ineligible to become a Transporter with us:
i. Suspended, Expired, or Revoked Driver’s License
ii. Mismatched or Unconfirmed Driver’s License Information
iii. Fraud iv.Embezzlement
v. Trafficking / Kidnapping
vi. Sex Offender vii.Domestic Violence
viii. Criminal Records
