There are no fees to Buyers. We only charge a 10% flat fee to Sellers and Transporters after successful payment through our platform to them. This fee covers the charges we are billed for providing a payment gateway and other overhead costs. See the fees sections in our Terms and Conditions for more details
Buyers can only video call you within the availability window set by you. Just like you have physical store business hours; If Buyers try to video call you outside your availability window, they will have to message you first or book a different time for you to approve.

Yes, you can use the Transportation services to order items you purchased from other outlets and physical stores.
HQ Demand verifies all Transporters before they can transport through our platform. This includes running a background check and verifying their driver’s license. Additionally, you can rely on ratings of a particular Transporter by other users.
