Who pays for shipping?

Shipping is done through FedEx, and Buyer pays for shipping

Can I return a product I purchased through HQ Demand?

We are definitely working on this, so expect a return system soon. For now, all transactions are final; we provide all the tool for you to verify the functionality and quality of your products before purchase in order to reduce the likelihood of returns. Please ensure you are satisfied before purchasing. Discuss with Seller if they offer returns and how.

Is there a refund if I pay through the app?

Expect a refund system soon. For now, HQ Demand has a no refund policy. All payments made through our platform are final. You can negotiate refunds with the Seller or Transporter through other means.

Are there any fees to use your services?

There are no fees to Buyers. We only charge a 10% flat fee to Sellers and Transporters after a successful payment through our platform to them. This fee covers the charges we are billed for providing a payment gateway and other overhead cost.

Is there a specific type of car/truck/van needed to become a Transporter?

No, as long as your car/truck can fit the item the Buyer or Seller needs transported.

Can I make a payment through the app?

Yes, you can. You can pay through the app and physically pick up your product or also pay for shipping and have your product transported to you through FedEx by the Seller. You can also use the Transportation category to find a Transporter who can go pick up your purchased product and deliver it to you.

Can Buyers video call me at any time?

Buyers can only video call you within the availability window set by you. Just like you have physical store business hours; If Buyers try to video call you outside your availability window, they will have to message you first or book a different time for you to approve.

What does the HQ in HQ Demand stand for?

Can I use the Transportation services outside HQ Demand’s platform?

Yes, you can use the Transportation services to order items you purchased from other outlets and physical stores.

Is it safe to use the Transportation System?

HQ Demand verifies all Transporters before they can transport through our platform. This includes running a background check and verifying their driver’s license. Additionally, you can rely on ratings of a particular Transporter by other users.
